In case you hadn't noticed, I've made a few changes to my blog. First of all, and most noticable, I changed the background. No one has complained...well almost no one. There is one person, who shall remain nameless, complained that it's too hard to read with such a crazy background. Actually- I agree. But it's such a CUTE background. So I guess "cute" won over readability.I also added a list of places where you can find my writing. I just thought it'd be fun to start a list. I saw it on someone elses site. Of course, my writing goal for 2008 will be to increase that list so that it fills the entire page...how's that for positive thinking?
And lastly, I have a new blog. You can find it at http://bethechange2008.blogspot.com/. It is a project blog and hopefully will grow throughout 2008. It's all about changing the world, one small action at a time.

I like your new layout. Tres cute! Mmm...I love that picture of yourself too. I am so jealous. A laptop, a front porch swing. It's actually inspiring to me. I hope to have a place like that for myself one day. For next year I want to create a dreamy little writing corner for myself. It's hard to do in an apt. But I'll see what I can work out.
Thanks April. I had a book once...hmmm, I wonder whatever happened to it? Anyway- it was called, "A room of her own." And it profiled all of these women and the rooms that they had made their own. It was really inspiring. I'd love to see one on writers. Wouldn't that be great? In the book, there was everything from a literal "closet" to much larger spaces. And actually, the smaller spaces were the most inspiring to me. ~Karen

Hmm Dawn...I don't know how to do that. I know that my Dad has his computer itself set so that the print is large. I think you hold down the function key and something else. I'll be putting a new background on soon as I DO see that it's HARD to read. Thanks for stopping by. ~Karen
